Dicht bij mijn hart

Dit project ligt dicht bij mijn hart omdat ik het onderwerp heel bijzonder vind, de verhalen en de quotes die in het boek staan. Ik heb bij elke quote een beeld bedacht en deze uitgewerkt tot een foto. Het ligt ook dicht bij mijn hart omdat er foto’s zijn gebruikt uit mijn persoonlijk archief, zelfs een foto uit mijn analoge archief die ik op een schooltje in Peru gemaakt heb. En ik heb ook veel nieuwe foto’s gemaakt voor dit prachtige boek, en die wilde ik graag met jullie delen.

It’s been exactly a year since the book of Sonja Grootes and Janneke Kemner (Inspirituals) was launched. I made all the pictures for the book De kracht van Gezinsrituelen van Sonja Grootes en Janneke Kemner (The Power of Family Rituals).

 

Close to my heart

This project is close to my heart because I find the subject, the stories and quotes that appear in the book very special. I thought of a concept with every quote and this concept developed into a picture. It is also close to my heart because photos were used from my personal archive, even an analogue image I took at a small Peruvian school. And I made a lot of new pictures for this wonderful book, and I wanted to share them with you.
